[Wxsqueak] WXSqueak on fedora

I downloaded the source package for the vm, and when i attempt to compile it
on Fedora 9, make, throws this error

make[1]: *** [AsynchFilePlugin/AsynchFilePlugin.a] Error 2

What does this mean?
It seems to me, it means there is an Error with the AsyncFilePlugin...
hmm, any ideas?
