Is there a tandard way to attach context menus

Hello all, is there a standard way to attach a context menu to a morph? It's fairly easy to do by checking for yellowButtonPressed and manually firing up a MenuMorph. But it is sufficient to implement #addCustomMenuItems:hand: to get an enhanced Halo menu while #addYellowButtonMenuItemsTo:event: and #hasYellowButtonMenu don't help. Animations and sprites in squeak

Hi all, I'm thinking in making some kind of RPG game, just for fun in Squeak, with the same feeling of The Flight of the Amazon Queen[1] and the same visual appareance [2]. I think that this can be made with sprites and animations in Squeak. So here come my questions 1. How can I indicate the place of a sprite in a animation? I'm thinking in three kinds of sprites: the first plane for bigger objects closer to the screen, a second plane sprite, where characters are located, and a perspective sprite for depth and distant objects. 2. How can I trace invisible trajectories in a scene? (making that animated characters come and go in the scenary). 3. I would like to make that the characters would have some kind of dialogs between them and putting the possible phrases on a flap seems a nice alternative, but when I drop text on a flap I get a representation of that text (smaller, with a name, etc) and not only the text. There is a way to make it? Any pointer about these items? Thanks, Offray Ps: Recently I wrote a mail asking about accented characters and hypertext on a Bookmorph and I get no answer. Literate Squeaking

Hi all, I'm making a course on social simulation and agents for newbies with no prior experience on programming. The course is in Java but I talked to the teacher so I can make it on Squeak. I don't think about myself as a programmer, so its a good opportunity to learn with the proper language and my own motivations. I was wondering if there is such thing as Literate Squeak, some way to combine code in a BookMorph, so I can have a book of my lessons. Cheers, Offray

Ooopsy, should have done this earlier. Checked the Weekly Squeak (http://weeklysqueak.wordpress.com/): Squeak.org is down September 28th, 2006 Since yesterday, the servers hosting the various *.squeak.org and *.squeakfoundation.org service are offline. Hi Petr, The odbc-package ist based on ODBC per platform. You can call odbc functionality only via FFI which was removed from the image. In short: install FFI-Package form squeakmap. Changing system fonts without reopening windows

Hi, is it possible to change system fonts without closing and reopening active windows (browsers, monticelo, sticked menus, transcript...)? If I change "rounding window corners" option, window corners are redrawn immediately on all opened windows. Thanks, pf
