Thanks for suggestion. I uninstalled Squeak as per your instruction, reboot my iMac and then install macOS version and then launched the image. However, I got the same error message (see attached file).

It seems as though it got package with READ-ONLY for the ".changes" file which is obviously incorrect. I had the same problem with the ALL-IN-ONE package too. I will have to admit it is rather frustrating.

Again, any and all help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

This is most probably macOS's App-translocation.
Please (1) remove the .app, (2) unpack the zip again, (3) IMPORTANT move the app away, eg, Desktop, Applications folder, anywhere, but move it. (4) Then start the app.
