Hi,

I am unable to suppress sprouting of scriptors around dropped phrase tiles in
playfields by turning auto-phrase expansion option off. This used to work in
the Squeakland images. Is this a bug or is it working as designed?

This is in EToys 2.3#1896/non-XO.
