Hi guys,
My last two finals are quickly approaching (they're both on the 31st), I have to concentrate on those exams and on my graduation which should happen in February. So for the coming 6-8 weeks I can't work on the Weekly Squeak.
If any of you can step up and take my place until the end of February, we can keep producing it. Otherwise, TWS will have to go on a two-months hiatus.
We could also make a call for help in the various mailing lists.
Any questions/comments?
Giovanni
Giovanni,
Did you find a replacement? I would volunteer to do it but like you I don't feel like I have enough time to do it properly right now. If you can't get anyone else let me know, maybe we could do smaller instead of nothing?
I was thinking about writing some Squeakling articles - a few lines of code and a couple of paragraphs to illustrate simple Smalltalk for beginners. What do you think?
I hope your exams go well.

Hi Ron,
I thought a little about that and I've decided that I'll try doing a lighter, reddit.com-style edition for the next two months. At the same time I'll send to the squeak-dev, squeakland and seaside mailing lists a call for some fresh blood. As for your articles, I think they're a good idea. I really enjoyed your recent messages to squeak-dev regarding block closures and associations. If you need them, I also have a collection of interesting fragments of code which have been posted to squeak-dev in the past 6 months.
