Is it possible to remove the old entries for ConfigurationOfSqueak from http://squeaksource.com/SqueakDBX ?
Yes, it is possible, but it is not our desire to do it. Basically, the common approach is that we develop such conf in our repo, and once we release something, we copy it to MetacelloRepository. This is the common pattern.

The latest version in squeaksource is ConfigurationOfSqueakDBX-LT.18
such package version has 3 metacello versions: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3
Indeed, if I take a clean Pharo 1.1 image, this works perfect:
Gofer new squeaksource: 'MetacelloRepository'; package: 'ConfigurationOfSqueakDBX'; load.
((Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfSqueakDBX) project version: '1.2') load.
cheers
