[Newbies] Squeak-extract zip freezes Vista?

Maybe change to another OS a little more stable :)

Of course, if that is not posible, you can try 7zip instead of winzip. Or
maybe the zip you downloaded is corrupted. Verify the checksums from the
page where you got the zip file.
