[Newbies] Starting Cuis

[Overcomer Man]

All I get when downloading Cuis from
http://www.jvuletich.org/Cuis/Index.html left panel upper, is a .zip file
with sources, changes, image, and license files for both PC's and Mac's.  I
don't find an .exe or .com file to start Cuis.  Where is that located?
