[Newbies] where is the spdf framework?

hi,

renggli.freezope.org doesn't seem to be accessible. So I don't know where is
the code now.
you can try this adress (that doesn't work for me - cannot access 8888
here):
http://universes.dnsalias.net:8888/universes/repositories/stable-3.7/SPDF-1.0-021a.st.gz
