[Newbies] Tab sequence in bookmorph

I am working on an address book using a bookmorph, based on the
Rolodex example by John Hinsley. I get a useful field to field tabbing
sequence by pressing shaft-tab, but I want it reversed. That is,
pressing tab now goes to the previous field, while shift-tab goes to
the next field. Is this a configurable option?

Is there a neat way to file-out data, change the design, then file in the data?
