Ehum... the list?

I've started an rsync of all the list data and archives to box2:/mm -
now if someone could prepare a mailman install, and maybe check what
needs to be done to upgrade from the version we've been running so
far... (can't seem to discern a version number quickly but it was a
version from 2003 as far as I can tell from the copyright header).
