[Box-Admins] Mailman was down, not sure why, restarted it a while ago

Just thought I should record this:  I found two reports on #squeak that
the mailing lists were down, apparently for some number of hours.
qrunner was not running at all, I ran /etc/init.d/mailman start and it
started up just fine.  I looked around for any logs indicating why it
didn't start back up but couldn't find anything.
