[Box-Admins] SqueakMap somewhat high CPU usage

Oh, I should clarify that during all this every time I have checked
SqueakMap has been up and responsive.  So it's not that it's not working
(as far as I'm aware), it's just I'm concerned about what it's doing and
that it is at least slightly reducing the overall system responsiveness.
