I can log in, but I don't know if the Mysql server uses certificates or not. IIRC only bugs.squeak.org uses that database, so the cerificate the ticket is about is probably not used. Yes, it seems like that. The mantis code makes no mention of ssl, so there's no indication it is used. There is a second databases in that MySQL, for the Nextcloud instance I had up for a while.
