[Cryptography Team] some more repository things

Oops, forgot the "not" after I decided not to say "non-algorithm-specific".  :)

CryptographyBase now has "Core", "Support" and "Tests" categories.

Algorithms are in Cryptography.  Seems like Base be added as a dependent for
these guys..?
