I would rather that this list remain focused on Squeak and that all
contributions be MIT licensed.  I don't know what the requirements are for
Dolphin licensing.

To be clear all code posted here should be by an author that has signed the
Viewpoints agreement.  

It should be licensed MIT to be included.

It should not be transferred to any country that is on the list of
restricted countries as defined by the US Government.
