[Cryptography Team] Need a little help

I added the primitves and immature implementations for polynomial
arithmetic to the RSFECPlugin. Sure its wrong! due to complex data
structures (GFPoly & Field). It's more a placeholder: specing the
protocol interface. Code's published.
