Reading multiple indices on MagmaCollections - first code

Hi,

Lava is a SQL query engine for Magma repositories.

The intention is to One Day create an ODBC DLL so that any third party 
application can query Magma data via good old SQL.

This proposed work on multiple indices is very useful for optimising the 
execution of Lava queries.
