repository recover procedure

This should probably say "requires surgical tool".  There is a very rudimentary one available in the MagmaTesterLoader package, see http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/5728 for a screen-shot.
 
 But this should never happen if you've been using Magma within its limits.  So more important than how to fix it is, how did you arrive at this state?
 
 Most likely you created the database with one version of Magma (i.e., 1.1) and are now trying to open it with another version (1.0)...??
 
 Give me a script which reproduces getting it to this state and I'll be happy to fix it.
