magma-pier in 3.9

Hi all,

thank you for Magma.

I'm trying to load it in 3.9, but this hangs since 
modules.squeakfoundation.org is unresponsive. Questions -

Why is monticello going to that site ?
Why is that site offline ?
Is there any other way I can get the latest and greatest Magma installed 
in my image ?
