Outage when installing Magma repositotory

I have installed the latest MagmaServerLoader on Squeak image 3.9.
When creating a repository with:

controller :=  MagmaRepositoryController
     create: '/home/hilaire/Travaux/these/iFichier/Squeak-these/MagmaDB'
     root: Dictionary new

I got the following warning:

However the MagmaDB folder contains the following files:
