Magma with 3.9 : Outage when creating repository

Hello,

I've an Outage when I try :

  MagmaRepositoryController
     create: 'c:\myMagmaFolder'
     root: Dictionary new

,I've seen this probleme has been already discuss in the mailing list 
but I've not understood the solution!

I have to load another version of magma? (at this moment my version is 
the server version from squeaksource repository)
