[Ann] Magma-seaside ReadStrategy support

Experimental attempt to add read strategy support to the base Magma 
seaside package.

Magma seaside-kph.31

Added support for read strategy selection in seaside/config
and default read strategy may be supplied/modified by the repository 
root object.

Read strategy is updated for every new seaside session (even if the 
magmaSession is shared)
