Magma in Explorer

Chris,

I was having a look at the #debugProxies preference and was disappointed 
to discover that it would not work in the ObjectExplorer which I use 
most of the time and have wired up into WAMagmaControlPanel.

in 'magma seaside' in MagmaTester I have just implemented

MagmaMutatingProxy-asExplorerString
and updated MagmaMutatingProxy-printOn:

I thought that you might be interested to roll these methods back into 
the mainstream.
