How to load latest Magma

The version on SqueakSource is still release 40. That single
code-base works on 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, Tweak and Croquet images.

I recommend beginning to move to release 41, especially for
development work, which is available on Monticello Configurations.
Did you see the recent post about how to configure 3.9 to work with
Monticello Configurations (from Igor or Keith I think). r41, too,
should work in all the same images as r40, but I have only been using
it in 3.9 thus far.

r41 is primarily focused to be a "performance" release, but with also
some improved functions (like the super refresh). I have not had time
to work on it in the last few months, but this to change shortly where
I expect to finish a release for r41 sometime this summer.
