I think it is wiser to keep source.squeakfoundation.org reserved for
the packaging teams, so we know that whatever lies there is official
ande canonical. I think squeaksource.com is past its stability
problems, if it doesn't work out there it's easy to setup another
instance.

Landgrab? If someone declares himself owner, and no storm arises over
it, then he gets the job and the task of forming a team if necessary.
If there are no results for a certain period, the package is declared
orphaned. Something like that?
