Fixed Bob to run from squeak.safeprayer.com - the only domain I
currently own.

Ran bob again results are builds stamped 090628-1523

The filesystem is visible at

Updated InstallerScripts to use Monticello.impl.643

Attempted to fix Monticello15 in universes.
