It's probably a better solution to simply move WAInspector to Seaside-Squeak-
Development and WAInspectorPlugin to 
Seaside-Squeak-Development-Core-Plugins.  This
aligns it with the other platform-dependent tools.

While the port of WAInspector/WAInspectorPlugin to VA Smalltalk did not 
require any
changes to WAInspectorPlugin, it did require changes to WAInspector 
that could not
be contained by simply invoking a SeasidePlatformSupport method.
