Seaside-Squeak-Development-pmm.8 improves only the looks a bit, the 
rest has the same
problems. It copy pastes together styles from other CSS files.

I think the CSS should go to WAStandardFiles where also #toolbarCss and 
friends are
located. WABrowser would certainly profit from the same refactoring as well.

Lukas is working on the alignment issue.
