[Seaside-dev] please delete Seaside-Tests-dkh.78

version Seaside-Tests-dkh.78 has some Gemstone-specific monticello code 
in it that makes it unloadable in a Squeak image ... 
Seaside-Tests-dkh.79 is loadable in Squeak ...

To avoid gaps in the ancestor chain, I suppose to clean things up I 
should commit a new version of Seaside-Tests-dkh.78 that is loadable, 
but I wanted to get loadable version up ASAP...
