Ok, second try. Yesterday I had a lot of time to work on:
http://code.google.com/p/seaside/issues/detail?id=193
it's now much more polished and organized in tabs. It should
automatically register itself under
/seaside/status.

Future plans are to make some of the vm / gc options editable.

Please provide feedback.
