The current implementation of WAApplication>>description causes Application
to depend on components *and* the renderloop configuration. This is not a
static dependency but is still ugly.

I'm not at all convinced that an application's description should be based
on its Root Component in the first place but it is convenient in some
cases. If the behaviour is desired, perhaps the method could be added as a
class extension as part of the Environment package or something...?
