[Seaside-dev] Raising issues versus chatting about them here

It is fine to mention portability problems here, especially if there
might be a quick solution (such as with the SUnit test selectors
earlier today). In any case it is probably the best to add problems to
the Google issue tracker, so that we can keep track of open issues.
