Inside the Monticello .mcz file is:
package    (which contains the package information - which right now is 
just 'name')
version      (which contains the version history and metadata for each 
version, changes comment, author, ancestors, etc)
snapshot.bin
snapshot/source.st

Both package and version are sexprs. It seems reasonable, almost 
intended, that other information that is relevant would be added.
