I did the first part: implementing WAError and WANotification and  
WAObject>>error:.

Someone still needs to go through senders of #error: and try to make more  
specific error classes for most of
them. Some of the errors I was signaling about singletons feel a bit  
suspicious to me now though and should
maybe be revisited. I'm not owning this issue though, so anyone else should  
feel free to jump in.
