Or maybe they should go in Seaside-Web-Environment, since they're  
essentially the
web-based counterpart of squeak-based tools in Seaside-Squeak-Environment.

Moving stuff between packages seems to sometimes result in obsolete classes  
when
people upgrade with MC2 so we should maybe do this before we go to Beta.
