The test for the method should be in Seaside-Tests-Functional, I guess.

There was resistance to adding #garbageCollect to the platform in the  
general case
because it is only required by that functional test.

So, WAPlatform>>garbageCollect and the test of it should be in
Seaside-Tests-Functional and the Squeak implementation of it in
Seaside-Tests-Squeak-Functional.
