[Seaside-dev] [ANN] Seaside 2.9.0-alpha4

A typo indeed... this is 2.9a4.

Also, the OmniBrowser tools package is called
Seaside-Tools-OmniBrowser, not Seaside-OmniBrowserTools as indicated
in the release announcement.
