[Seaside-dev] more Seaside 3.0 and Metacello

It seems wrong to me that Tests-Examples depends on Tests-Environment
if Examples doesn't depend on Environment. I've certainly been trying
to make sure that sort of thing doesn't happen... Have you looked at
what the dependencies are?
