[Seaside-dev] Seaside-REST now with MIME type support and documentation

Hi

I got around to implement MIME type support (matching based on
Content-Type and Accept) in Seaside-REST. I also managed to write some
example driven documentation [1]. So if you always wanted to try it
out but didn't know how to get started, there you go.

P.S. Sorry Dale, that means you have to update the code the GemStone
port to read the MIME types from the method.
