[Seaside-dev] New Seaside respository: Seaside WIP

Hi

Sometimes code takes several iterations to be "ready". With the recent
stabilization of the 3.0 line and more frequent maintenance releases
the "trunk" repository [1] is not necessary the ideal place to put
this code. To address this issue we created the Seaside WIP (work in
progress) repository [2]. This repository also as more liberal access
rights which means it can also serve as an "inbox" for contributions
from people who do not yet have commit rights.
