[Seaside-dev] Seaside.st Redesign

Hi Avi,

I agree. We've discussed it before on the list but nobody has stepped
up to lead the effort. If someone were to mock up a design prototype
and a rough content structure for discussion, I'm sure people would be
enthusiastically behind it.
