[Seaside-dev] Security package has landed

Hi

I committed the security package that contains security related
filters (they all need configuration) and a cryptographically secure
session id generator. Right now it only works on Unix, not on Windows.

If somebody know how to call CryptGenRandom with
FFI/NativeBoost/Alien/… that would be very much appreciated.

As usual if somebody could have a look at the configuration that would
be appreciated.

If some other platforms want to provide cryptographically secure
session ids now would be a good time.

Feedback is welcome.
