[Seaside-dev] google code issues list

The idea was to move the issues from the export to the already existing github project.
However, I did not find a good solution for this. All of them either add noise to the issues or even renumber them, and even do not have a batch-move operation.

So… I will probably set the redirect link to the export project.

However, new issues should go to the real github project.

I need to add sufficient explanation everywhere to make this clear…
