[Seaside-dev] Seaside install fails in all travis-ci builds for Squeak

Well, I'm completely confused now. After having messed around with 
SmalltalkCI locally and thinking I had it nailed down, suddenly the 
problem went away...
I'm running a build on Travis now to verify.
