Hi,

I'm having big trouble finding the time to start working on Seashell. 
Therefore, I
just did a braindump, which resulted in http://swiki.squeakfoundation.org/sea/1
0 - maybe if someone finds the idea sufficiently interesting... you get the
idea.

These are only the lowest layers - concurrency is missing, I need to check 
ZODB for this but probably the idea is that the latest object version in the 
database/in-memory index is compared with the latest object version in the 
transaction, and if they mismatch an optimistic locking error is thrown.
