[Seaside] New Gardner version

Dogfood mode: http://www.tric.nl/ is the first site I created by using
Gardner as a whitebox framework. Full code in the latest .mcv files at
http://tai42.xs4all.nl/~cg/mc - and as usual feedback on this
(especially the 'frameworkness' of it all) is appreciated (don't comment
on the fact that I should put the CSS stuff in a separate file, I know
that ;-)).

Wednesday I'll be off for a short holiday, hopefully I can start the
security thingy (capabilities and so on) shortly after that.
