I believe it to be stable, and relatively feature complete (the only thing
that I know currently doesn't work is the "pretty print" setting on the
html generator).  The main reasons it hasn't been released are that
there's even less documentation for it than for 2.2, and that I've had no
feedback from anyone trying out the snapshot.

Actually the version number isn't anywhere in the image (note to self -
fix that).  But it'll be 2.21.
