Hmm, I don't normally have the toolbar activated.  However, I just 
turned it on and-- it doesn't work.  The toolbar isn't showing up.  Not 
sure why.  Never noticed it before because I don't generally run with 
the toolbar activated.

This is on Seaside 2.3, of course.
