[Seaside] Gardner or SmallWiki installation

BTW, it's the installation of the pre-reqs "by hand" where some of the 
process is hanging up for the SqueakMap version.  SmallWiki has a list 
of pre-reqs, but looks to me like the versions of those pre-reqs that it 
needs is out of sync with what is coming down off of SqueakMap right now 
for those pre-reqs.

And that suggests that your version of SmallWiki might suffer the same 
problem.

But, that's all just an "off-the-cuff" guess.  I haven't looked deep 
enough at any of this yet to absolutely verify any of what I just said. 
 All I *really* know right now is that I tried several quick stabs at 
building a SmallWiki image from a fresh 3.6 image off of squeak.org, and 
failed in every attempt.  And likewise the same thing happened for 
Gardner, although if I remember right, Gardner also had a strange 'self 
halt' lurking right at the top of one of the key (and very necessary) 
methods.
